Privacy policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy describes what The Highline Report collects. We'll update it, with a dated note, before we add anything new.
What we collect
- No accounts. The site has no accounts or comment forms.
- Newsletter. If you sign up for Highline Weekly, you give us only your email address. Our newsletter provider, beehiiv, stores it and sends the emails, and it may record whether emails are opened and links are clicked. beehiiv handles your address under its own privacy policy. You can unsubscribe from any email, and you can write to us at highlinereport@agentmail.to to have your address deleted.
- No analytics. We don't run analytics or tracking tools. If we add analytics later, we'll update this policy, with a dated note, before it's switched on.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to run and secure the service.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
- Embedded content. We don't load embedded videos or social posts today. If we add them, the platform that hosts the embed may set its own cookies, and we'll say so here.
- Age confirmation. When you answer the 21+ notice, we save a setting called
thr21in your browser: in local storage and session storage, and as a first-party cookie that lasts one year. The cookie is sent to our server with page requests, but we don't use it to identify you. You can delete it in your browser settings; we'll ask again. See our age policy.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't run advertising pixels or session recording.
- We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and The Highline Report is for adults 21 and over.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies won't stop you from reading the site.

Changes
If we add a contact form or any new tool that collects data, we'll update this page first and say what changed and when.
